Das Hinterrad auszubauen hat meist einen recht praktischen Grund: der Reifen ist runter und muss gegen einen neuen Gummi getauscht werden. So war es auch hier der Fall: ein gar nicht mal so alter <a title=\"Pirelli HP\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pirelli.com\/tyre\/de\/de\/motorcycle\/sheet\/diablo_rosso_corsa.html?url=%3Fsubtype%3Droad\" target=\"_blank\">Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa<\/a> wurde gegen einen <a title=\"Pirelli HP\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pirelli.com\/tyre\/de\/de\/motorcycle\/sheet\/diablo_rosso_2.html?url=%3Fsubtype%3Droad\" target=\"_blank\">Diablo Rosso II<\/a> getauscht.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen: Den eigentlichen Tausch des <em>Reifens<\/em>, sprich die Demontage und Entsorgung des Alten, sowie das Aufziehen und Wuchten des Neuen sollte man unbedingt einen Fachmann erledigen lassen. Mit der entsprechenden Ausr&#252;stung ist das in maximal 15min erledigt &#8211; allerdings ist das au&#223;erhalb der Saison speziell an einem Samstag oft gar nicht so einfach, kompetente Hilfe zu finden.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Vorbereitungen<\/h3>\n<p>Bevor man ans Werk geht, hier einmal das Werkzeug, das man sich zurecht richten sollte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Montagest&#228;nder<\/li>\n<li>Ratsche 1\/2 Zoll, inklusive Verl&#228;ngerung<\/li>\n<li>Ratsche 1\/4 Zoll, inklusive Verl&#228;ngerung<\/li>\n<li>Stecknuss <a title=\"Wikipedia\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Innensechskant\" target=\"_blank\">Inbus<\/a> 6 und 12<\/li>\n<li>Drehmomentschl&#252;ssel 1\/2 Zoll bis 90NM<\/li>\n<li>Drehmomentschl&#252;ssel 1\/4 Zoll bis 30NM<\/li>\n<li>Schraube M4<\/li>\n<li>Hochleistungsfett (etwa <a title=\"Liqui Moly HP\" href=\"http:\/\/www.liqui-moly.de\/liquimoly\/produktdb.nsf\/id\/de_3510.html?Opendocument&amp;land=DE\" target=\"_blank\">LM47<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Gummihammer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Einen Gutteil des Werkzeugs (zumindest Ratschen und N&#252;sse) findet man &#252;brigens in diesem recht <a title=\"Louis\" href=\"http:\/\/www.louis.de\/index.php?topic=artnr_gr&amp;artnr_gr=10003240\" target=\"_blank\">g&#252;nstigen Satz<\/a>. &#220;bliche Inbuss&#228;tze reichen meist nur bis Gr&#246;&#223;e 10.<\/p>\n<h3>Los geht&#8217;s<\/h3>\n<p>Nachdem man sich all das besorgt hat, kann man gleich mal loslegen: In der <a title=\"Gallery\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bkits.at\/gallery\/main.php?g2_itemId=320\" target=\"_blank\">Gallery<\/a> gibt es eine ausf&#252;hrliche, bebilderte Beschreibung.<\/p>\n<p>Der Einbau erfolgt im Grunde in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, wobei besonders auf den exakten Sitz der Radachse geachtet werden soll, um diese mit den Sicherungsstiften in korrekter Lage einzubauen.<\/p>\n<h3>Kette spannen leicht gemacht<\/h3>\n<p>Dank der Exzenterkonstruktion der Hinterradachse, ist das Spannen der Kette wirklich ein Kinderspiel:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Motorrad aufbocken<\/li>\n<li>Auf jeder Seite die beiden 6er Inbusschrauben der Exzenterfixierung l&#246;sen<\/li>\n<li>Exzenter mittels 12er Inbusschraube in gew&#252;nschte Position bringen und damit Kette (ent-)spannen.<\/li>\n<li>Exzenterfixierung zuschrauben<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nicht jede Reparatur erfordert es unbedingt eine Werkst&#228;tte aufzusuchen, was gerade bei einer Benelli TNT 1130 ohnehin ein Kunstst&#252;ck ist.
